HOMEWORK #9
The United states needed the constituion because the constitution made it easier for the united states qovernment and state orqanized. Instead of havinq a bad and confused and uneven and uncontrolled qovernment they made the constituion. the constitution was created by 3 compromises the great compromise, the 3 fifths and the commerce compromise. The american qovernment didnt have a stablized qovernement. The constitution created the branches executive, leqislative and judicary. It was to protect individuals of confederation and have a centralzied qovernemnt.

HOMEWORK #7
There is no way for a direct democracy to work in the United States. The United States is one of the most populated countries in the world. In a direct democracy, every citizen is part of the the government. With so many people and there different ideas on many different things , there would be no way to run the government. I feel that a representative government is working moderately well for this country because it allows important matters to be solved more quickly and efficiently.. I don't think we can really make a good government because, there will always be some problems that can't be solved.

4. Summary
Korea wants to make a treaty with peace to the united states and south korea. The agreement has been constant or 16 years. Korea want to give the united states an old nuclear energy reacter which produces weapons. And the united states has to give the fuel oil or electric power to North Korea until new power plants are built. A settlement on the Korean Peninsula is crucial to peace and stability in Asia. The messages from North korea should be smart and not take anytime and by each step they take through the process everything will be fine.
5. Reaction
I think that if i were ever in this situation. i actually would feel very happy because of korea wanting to make peace with us. But then i would also be nervous because after 16 years now is when they want to make peace when they could of did that before. It would surpirse me and make things in the world very helpful because they are giving us the nuclear to make weapons. I wnat our government to be safe and if Korea wnats to make peace and gives us things to use and make our united states better then by all means.

HOMEWORK #6
Hobbes would not have agreed to a social contrant because according to hobbes only the government can help them. So they would disagree in it because the poeple arent going to make the decisions the government makes the decision for the others. In locke's world they would agree for a social contract because in lock's world the government exists witht he consent of the people. And thats what a social contract is when the poeple give the government the right to govern. I think that locke's world has a better government and better establishment of the social contract. Because really in lock'es world people get to be born free and born with certain rights but thats better than having evil people and poeple need to be controlled in hobbe's world.

HOMEWORK #5
Questions:
- why do people obey laws?
- Do you trust the law? why or why not
- what would you change in todays government?
People obey the law because if they do something aganist the law then they will have to deal with the consequences. They will obey the law because in the future if they want to get jobs or want to do something they really like or want they have to obey the laws because if not they wont get what they want . And also its good for their near future if they obey the laws of the government .
I dont really trust the law because you never kow what might they do in the future or tomorrow or whenever. The law is very slick about things and will make you trust them but maybe at the end they can run ove ryour mind at the end. If i had a chance to change todays government i would agree with one of my class mates to let 18 year olds have some of the privliges a 21 year old would have. And also make the communites more safer and have more people helping others like homeless and poor and etc. with education so everybody in the world can have a chance to live their life wisely.
