4. Summary
     Korea wants to make a treaty with peace to the united states and south korea. The agreement has been constant or 16 years. Korea want to give the united states an old nuclear energy reacter which produces weapons. And the united states has to give the fuel oil or electric power to North Korea until new power plants are built. A settlement on the Korean Peninsula is crucial to peace and stability in Asia. The messages from North korea should be smart and not take anytime and by each step they take through the process everything will be fine.
5. Reaction
    I think that if i were ever in this situation. i actually would feel very happy because of korea wanting to make peace with us. But then i would also be nervous because after 16 years now is when they want to make peace when they could of did that before. It would surpirse me and make things in the world very helpful because they are giving us the nuclear to make weapons. I wnat our government to be safe and if Korea wnats to make peace and gives us things to use and make our united states better then by all means.
6. World Impact
    This event impacts the world becuase back then 16 years ago korea and untied states werent on a very good hand. And now that korea wnats to make peace is a very good thing so the united states has one less thing to worry about. United states can be more safer with more help. It would help expand the realtionships that had developed in time.
